I am always fascinated to tattoos, even as a child.
I remember being sent to the guidance office when I was in 4th grade because I had a fake tattoo on my wrist.
Which I find stupid because it was a fake tattoo after all.
My math teacher over reacted. UGH.
I wanted to have one for the longest time, but I don't know what design to put on my skin.
It'll be permanent, so I have to be very sure on what design I am having.
Then, I came across Lacuna Coil's song
"I Like It"
I fell in love with the line "I'm free to be what I like, I'm celebrating my life"
It simply explains how I am feeling for the longest time.
But I changed some of the wordings when I had it ink'd on my back;
"I'm free to be what I like I celebrate my life"
I told my sister that I wanted to get ink'd, she'll understand for sure coz she have one herself.
She asked me to get dressed and meet her near the tattoo artist's place in 15mins.
I can no longer say no since she's on her way already.
But, I am really happy with my first ink. It'll forever my favorite tattoo.
That was last November 09, 2011.
Boyfraannnd wanted to get his Thai Buddha tattoo, so I was searching for different tattoo pictures of the Buddha.
Then, I thought of having one myself too, but I wasn't quite ready for something really bold since not everyone in the family would understand that tattoos are skin art and has nothing to do with any violence, that they might think of.
Again. I consulted my sister about a tribal Thai Buddha and she agreed with the design I picked.
I was invited by my tattoo artist to his son's birthday party last December 15, 2011.
That day, we both decided to have my second ink done.
It was placed on my lower right forearm (wrist area);
Tribal Thai Buddha - Aztec style
(I just had it retouched on this photo, so the color is uneven)
There's really no deep meaning behind my Thai Buddha tattoo.
I just want it done, same forearm as to my boyfriend and maybe it could help me keep calm.
All tattoos are done by the awesome artist
